Founded in 2015, Fair Dinkum Direct is OKC's fastest growing promotional sales and marketing firm. We focus on putting our clients and team members needs first. Fair Dinkum is Australian slang to proclaim truth or fact in a statement, which underlies the core values of our company. We opened an office in Oklahoma City due to the high demand from clients to have a professionally trained promotional marketing and sales team in the area. We provide professionally trained and developed team members to help our clients with their needs and services. We have aggressive goals to not only reach our clients needs, but also to provide career advancement opportunities for our team members.

Meet Our Team

Gareth Roberts

President

Gareth Roberts was born and raised in Adelaide, Australia. He graduated from the University of Adelaide with a degree in Media and a focus in Video Production. After a family vacation to the United States at 15, Gareth fell in love with the country and culture and his goal after graduation became to live and work in the United States.

After arriving in the country and traveling for the first nine months upon his arrival and working in Los Angeles for a year, Gareth sought out further opportunities and moved to Dallas, TX where after working several positions in Video Production, he decided to make the move into sales and marketing. After a year, Gareth was promoted to a management role and then moved to Oklahoma City in October of 2015 due to client demand.

Gareth's main goal is to expand Fair Dinkum Direct to newer markets to meet client needs and create the same opportunities for learning and growth that he has had. One of Gareth's personal goals is to visit all 50 state capitals. He's already got 28 marked off his list!

Chad Harpole

MANAGING PARTNER

Chad Harpole was raised in Jonesboro, Arkansas, where he grew up outdoors and working on his family's farm. For college, Chad attended Arkansas State University and Baptist College of Health Sciences.

After working in the health care field, Chad felt that there was more to his life that was not yet accomplished. He made the decision to make a fresh start in a completely new career field, sales and marketing, where after only seven months, he was promoted to Assistant Manager at the the firm where he was working. With the entrepreneurial experience he gained, Chad opened his first sales and marketing office in 2010 and has since expanded to Houston, TX, Detroit, MI, Charlotte, NC, Washington D.C and Oklahoma City, OK.

With the newest additions of clients, Chad's focus is to continue growing Fair Dinkum's clientele base and taking on all new challenges that come with it. His main goal is to build a strong organization that focuses on building the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs, while maintaining Fair Dinkum's company and client integrity.
